Demolition Stage

Wall betweeen kitchen and living room going bye bye

Third bedroom has gone away to make room for the new staircase to lower level and hallway to new Master Suite

Original Master Bedroom will become a Den Media Room

Demolition is pretty much complete.  Just waiting for the final on our permit any day and then we can move forward. Staircase will be moved to where a bedroom was so we can expand the kitchen area. The wall between the kitchen and great room will be removed to create an open concept. While we wait we have moved our attention to the outside. Never ceases to amaze me after filling an entire dumpster that we can keep finding junk on the property. We have filled about a quarter of another dumpster and I am sure it won’t be the end.
